 Dunk tank highlights summer picnic Threemile Canyon Farms employees and their families gathered for a summer celebration June 25 at Boardman Marina Park. Activities included special play equipment for the kids, paddleboats, badminton and volleyball as well as great picnic food barbecued pork and beef, tortillas, beans, rice and salads. But the highlight was the chance, offered to anyone who wanted to take it, to send farm supervisors into the dunk tank. By the end of the day, most of the bosses ended up drenched. The farm staff will gather again in November for the annual Harvest Party. Its likely to be just as lively but a whole lot drier!
