Threemile’s milk quality surpasses industry standards and keeps Oregon as one of the nation’s leaders in milk quality. There is a reason for this, and it comes down to using the expertise of our team to sustain an ideal environment for how we care for our cows that prioritizes comfort, routine, and access to food and water at all times. Our partnership with the Tillamook County Creamy Association, providing them with ”extraordinary dairy,” has been a vital part of their uniquely Oregon success story.
People and Community Make the Difference
From our 400+ team members to the communities they call home, people have always come first at Threemile. We’re proud to have a diverse team deeply passionate about sustainable agriculture, including multi-generational farming families and full-time staff who started in our intern program. These same team members support our extensive charitable initiatives through volunteering and being active in their communities. Threemile is also a member of the United Farm Workers Union, pioneering the first large-scale agricultural contract of its kind in Oregon to provide medical insurance and retirement savings for around 65% of our full-time team members.
