Intern Program

Best in Class Internships

Many of our managers and supervisors began their careers at Threemile as entry-level farm workers or college interns. Continuous training, educational opportunities, and a commitment to promoting from within is why so many are long-term, even lifetime employees here at the farm.

Our Internship Program is living proof of our commitment to the future of agriculture, helping students from our region prepare for and develop their agriculture careers through hands-on work in a real-life farm setting. Many of our interns transition into full-time positions once they graduate.

Students wishing to pursue careers in agronomy, animal science, nutrition, crop science, accounting, and other professions related to agriculture are encouraged to inquire about internships at Threemile Canyon Farms.

Internship benefits include:

  • $10,000 scholarship for completing each summer internship.
  • Exposure to conventional and organic crop farming and sustainable dairy farming with a closed-loop system.
  • Company-paid training from our world-class, high-performing team members.
  • Potential for full-time opportunities after graduation.
