Carlos has been a part of the team for 10 years and has more than 30 years of experience farming. He started as a tractor operator, spent time as a mechanic, and now excels as a supervisor. Each day brings new challenges, and Carlos skillfully manages the corn (his favorite), carrots, alfalfa and mustard crops. "I enjoy nurturing all the crops. It brings me joy to see them flourish—it’s a sign of a job well done,” Carlos said.
With more than six years of experience at Threemile, Richard maintains farm and dairy equipment, keeping them in top-notch condition. From tractors to slingers to feed wagons, Richard's expertise covers a wide range of equipment, and his work keeps our operation running smoothly. Richard’s favorite part about working at Threemile is maintaining equipment and the opportunity for new experiences.
Judith is a member of our Maternity team. In her role, she cares for pregnant cows and those that just gave birth, prepares colostrum for the calves, and helps other team members with their duties. She says her favorite part is working with the team to care for newborn calves, which Judith calls “the future of our farm.”
